Sometimes we only get what we need, when we let go of what we no longer want.
For me, compassion is the ability to love myself unconditionally, which boils down to self-acceptance. When I develop a codependent need to be accepted by others, I'm already on a slippery slope towards suffering.
LiFE does not come with a manual... everyone that you read is written by someone else. Look to write your own, but don't take my word for it 😉
