Today I slept… a lot. I didn’t get out of bed until 14:00, made some breakfast watched some TV and then fell back asleep. I woke up and showered at about 17:00, had some dinner and then started to watch a film. After an hour I paused it and fell back to sleep until about 23:00, then I watched a bit more TV and went back to sleep.
This is not normal tiredness today. I could be dehydrated or just worn out from the walk yesterday. It’s periods like this where I feel less than and quite anxious about my capabilities, as my life is completely unmanageable, if I can’t even get out of bed. Surely I shouldn’t be feeling this tired at the moment? Maybe it’s the last of the alcohol/hangover?
