I’ve been updating my inner, middle and outer circle behaviours yesterday so I thought I’d shared my updated outer circle.
My daily intention
I have one single intention upon waking, every single day:
To achieve peace of mind
If I achieve peace of mind this day, even if it takes me until 23:59 and 59 seconds, then this day is a good day. The earlier in this day I achieve peace of mind the better this good day is.
My daily gratitude
Everything else this day is a bonus and I am grateful to be aware of my existence.
Once I am aware of my existence I am grateful for:

- What I know
- Where I have been
- What I am doing
- Where I am going
